I guess the questions raised above are more of a rhetorical questions and the answers are self evident. What is not evident is the redressal of the wrongs done and perpetuated by the beaurocratic and political machinery.

The axis of evil is right here - in India. How can such corrupt people continue to occupy good positions in society? Just like America has a war on terror, India should have a war on corruption, and people like B.P. Singh should be sent to Tihar jail.

The questions raised above are very legitimate and should have been followed up by the so called enquiry of the state government which was a mockery of the system in India. That enquiry was neither free, nor fair nor helped to bring out the facts. It infact crusified the innocent one in the whole incident. Infact there should be a judicial enquiry on the original enquiry committee of the Nithari incident and subsequent actions of the state government.

I am sure it would not take a rocket scientist to figure that they were all together in this. I shudder to think what would have happened if the investigation would not have gone in the hands of the C.B.I.With these very officers investigating the case we would never have known the truth

It is strange that senior police officers like Rathore still believe in high handedness in dealing with such heinous crimes and are protected by senior officers. This is criminal negligence
