Ilike the idea mentioned above about a of movie with this kind of plot being made. But i think instad of Lalita Pawar we can have Bipasha Basu .She looks good n hot in negative roles and i would suggest Anupam kHer as Rathore. Even Danny is a good choice for him, For dinesh Yadav gulshan grover could be fine and for Piyush mordia, I would prefer sHAHRUKH with his 6 pack abs.n lets give Hritik n ash also some role in it. Fit movie masala

I can only say that the judicial system/True journalism should intervene to bring the perpetrators of this COVER-UP crime (which is equally if not more henious than actual Nithari killings) to justice. A wrong decision like this leads to demoralisation of the Police force and the right individuals concerned.

I cannot believe that such things can happen. A movie should be made - Dinesh Yadav can be played by Prem Chopra, B.P. Singh by Gulshan Grover, Simranjeet Kaur by Lalita Pawar. Piyush Mordia could be portrayed by Abhishek Bachchan, and Mr Rathore by Nana Patekar. Did someone say super-hit?

The above mentioned fact clearly reveals a serious error of judgement and whether it is an error of ommission or commission it doesn't matter what is important is this needs to be rectified as far as and as soon as possible.

If these officers had never worked under Mordia, he should not have been made a scapegoat

Of course, Mordia was made a scapegoat. One does not need to be Ramanujan or Albert Einstein to add two and two! The whole situation after Nithari incident was a sham in terms of government's actions. The incident in itself was sad and unfortunate beyond imagination further followed by a series of events which smells corruption, conspiracy, blame shifting, communal/caste politics.

Common sense is sometimes not very common. But it is surprising that at such a senior level it is missing .If these people were not posted during his time it is basic logic that he could not be held responsible for their mistakes. By that logic yes , he was made a scapegoat

I was amazed to go through this information . It is really shocking that a guilty person is left completely free while another officer is being punished for somebod's else's misdeeds.

There is no other such incident in police history where a guilty officer has successfully managed to put the blame for his misdeeds on another officers head and was successful in misleading the media also

In light of this, it is obvious that Piyush Mordia had no role in this cover up, and all the cover up happened during Mr Rathore's time. It was he who did not take action against the complaints and he took bribe from Surender Singh. He should be immediately dismissed, and sent to jail

In view of the above it is time to read between the media coverage & the official comments that are deliberately misleading. As aware & concerned citizens we demand immediate action on the people actually guilty.

Oh yes, most definitely - if this chap Mordia has not remained the supervisory authority of these people , he can not be blamed for their lapses-
